Signage has appeared at Liv@ Murray Park North located at 11-35 45th Avenue. When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction has mostly wrapped up, and signage on site offers “immediate occupancy.” In September, construction crews did a full reveal on the building.1
When all is said and done, the project will deliver a six-story, 39-unit residential building with a projected delivery date sometime in spring of 2016.2 Check out the availability on the building’s website. Modern Space are the brokers handling the deal.

I’m not sure how it can be Liv@ Murray Park North when the park is actually named Murray Playground. Once again developers changing names to suit their own needs.
