We last checked in on 27-07 43rd Avenue, the future home of a Hyatt Hotel, back in December, when construction had risen over the fence.1 It appears that outside facade work is about to start, with construction crews recently installing pipe scaffolding, as seen in the photo below.
When all is said and done, the building will turn into a 9-story Hyatt Hotel with 108 hotel rooms and nearly 50,000 square feet commercial space.2 According to the rendering, construction will wrap sometime in spring, 2016.

There’s no way this’ll be done in Spring. Summer maybe.
