The last time we stopped by 11-30 45th Road in November, a rendering had appeared on site and work appeared ready to begin.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that excavation is underway on site, as seen in the photo below. On site signage calls for a summer 2017 delivery.
Permits approved for the site on July 13 call for a six floor building with 24 units and 22,326 square feet of residential space (FAR – 2.98).2
