Earlier in the month, we reported that M. Wells still hasn’t settled in at its new home at Dutch Kills Bar at 27-24 Jackson Avenue.1 When we were reporting on that story, we also noticed that Rockrose had posted signage advertising the second floor of the bar. According to the Times Ledger, Rockrose purchased the building for $4,636,125 in 2013.2
