Earlier in February, we checked in on 42-14 Crescent Street and noted that the building was nearly topped out.1 Well, a few weeks later, the building is officially topped out at 13 floors, and, as you can see in the photo below, facade work has started on the building. According to permits, a mixed-use build is coming with 39,133 square feet of residential space (a FAR of 7.98) and 746 square feet of commercial space.2
