Easter Egg Hunt returns to LIC in March

On March 26th, the Annual Queens Easter Festival, will take place at 10am in Long Island City and 2pm at Queensbridge. These annual festivals are put together by Trinity Grace Church Queens, alongside local churches and sponsors, with the goal to serve the Long Island City and Queensbridge communities. Families will be able to enjoy three age-specific egg hunts, fun carnival games and prizes, and pictures with the Easter Bunny, all while enjoying live children’s entertainment. The Long Island City event is held at Gantry Plaza and the Queensbridge event is at Queensbridge Park. Last year we saw a turnout of over 2,000 people thanks to the hard work from volunteers and businesses involved in putting the event together. If you are interested in volunteering to help put on the festival, on or want to register to participate, go to queenseasterfestival.com.
