The last time we checked in on 42-43 27th Street was in January, when we noticed that work-stop order had been issued on the site.1 That has since been lifted, and a rendering has appeared on site, as seen in the photo below. Work has also started, and signage calls for a summer 2017 delivery.
When all is said and done, a six story, eight unit build with ground floor retail will be built.2 The building was purchased last year for approximately $1.7 million, and New York YIMBY was the first to spot permits in 2014.3
