B&R Perfume Cologne, a wholesale perfume retailer located at 26-36 Jackson Avenue, closed down earlier in the year according to a sign posted on the building.
According to a 6sqft story that ran in Feb. 2015, that site will eventually be demolished to make way for a 30-story tower dubbed “Jackson Avenue East.”1 But more than a year after that story was filed, there’s still no permits in the Department of Buildings bin calling for even demolition of the one-story building.
As it stands right now, B&R Perfume has relocated to Richmond Hill as of Jan. 1, 2016 and the building is vacant.
