The last time we stopped by 22-22 Jackson Avenue was in July when the building was wrapping up outside facade work.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that signage has been posted on the building, directing interested tenants to visit 2222Jackson.com, or call 347-801-2222. The tagline for the building is “Meet New York’s Newest Art Installation” and leasing will begin later in spring.
According to BuzzBuzzHome,2 the building will have 118,563 square feet of residential space in 82 units and 5,723 square feet of retail space. Amenities include bike storage, a library, pool, gym, lounge, communal rooftop rec space, enclosed parking and private terraces.
