We last stopped by 41-29 24th Street in January, when construction had just started coming over the fence.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction is more than halfway up at the site, and that construction crews have put up pipe scaffolding, as seen in the photo below.
According to permits filed with the Department of Buildings, the end product will be 11 floors, 126 units with 94,845 square feet of residential space with a FAR of 6.37.2
