We last stopped by 41-02 27th Street (a/k/a 25-18 41st Avenue a/k/a 41-04 27th Street) back in February, when construction had just reached over the fence.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction is about halfway done, with the build up to the fifth floor.
An on-site rendering calls for a summer 2015 delivery, which obviously isn’t going to happen. According to permits, first spotted by Queens Brownstoner, the build calls for nine stories, 32 apartment units, with 20,914 square feet of residential space and 4,073 square feet of commercial space, for 24,987 square feet total.2
