We last stopped by 41-22 24th Street in January, when the building had reached its midway point of construction.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that the building is nearly topped out.
Permits were approved for a 12-story, 87-unit residential build back in February 2015, which was first spotted by New York YIMBY.2 When all is said and done, there will be 87 units for 66,256 square feet and a FAR of 4.98.3
