The first batch of apartments – floors three through 13 – at 44-41 Purves Street will hit the rental market March 15, according to a representative for the developer. Studio apartments will start at $1,850 per month. The one-bedroom apartments, which average 750 square feet, start at $2,950 per month. The 26th floor will have two penthouse units asking $12,000 and $15,000 per month apiece.
