Back in February, we checked in on 42-14 Crescent Street and noted that the building was topped out.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that outside facade work has moved at a rapid pace since then, as seen in the photo below. We should see a reveal of the building soon. According to permits, a mixed-use build is coming with 39,133 square feet of residential space (a FAR of 7.98) and 746 square feet of commercial space.2
