In February, construction crews at Rockrose’s 43-22 Queens Street Eagle Loft had just started working on the site.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that excavation is well underway, and it also appears that foundation work may begin soon, as seen in the photo below. On-site signage calls for a Fall, 2017 delivery, which is approximately around the same time that Rockrose’s other project on Hunter Street will deliver.
Permits were approved on the project on April 1, with permits calling for 587,860 square feet of residential space, 34,477 square feet of commercial space, and a 54 story tower with 783 units.2
