We last checked in on 27-07 43rd Avenue, the future home of a Hyatt Hotel, back in February, when pipe scaffolding had just started to come up.1 When we stopped by last week, it appears the nine-story building is on the verge of topping out, as seen in the photo below.
When all is said and done, the building will turn into a 9-story Hyatt Hotel with 108 hotel rooms and nearly 50,000 square feet commercial space.2 According to the rendering, construction will wrap sometime in spring, 2016, though that’s likely to be later in the year, now.
