Since then, there’s been no activity on the site, with an active stop-work order. “BORO COMMISSIONER HAS ORDERED WORK STOPPED FOR # 421094096 DUE TO GC # 609799 LICENSE REVOCATION,” says the order, which was ordered back in October.1
The permits call for a purely residential build with 49 units, 11 stories, and 36,487 square feet of residential space with a FAR of 8.00.2
