The last time we checked in at 41-32 27th Street, future home of a 15-story hotel, was back in October, when the project was in its excavation stage.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that foundation work is now complete, and the building should begin to rise soon above the construction fence. On-site signage says the anticipated delivery time period is Spring of 2017. New York YIMBY was the first to spot permits for the build back in October, 2014:2
An LLC has filed applications to precede construction of a 15-story and 46-room hotel of 34,409 square feet at 41-32 27th Street, in Long Island City; an existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in September, and Arc Architecture + Design Studio is designing.
