We last stopped by 41-02 27th Street (a/k/a 25-18 41st Avenue a/k/a 41-04 27th Street) back in March, when construction had reached the halfway point.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction is nearing top-out, with the building rising to seven of nine stories, as seen in the photo below.
An on-site rendering calls for a summer 2015 delivery, which obviously isn’t going to happen. According to permits, first spotted by Queens Brownstoner, the build calls for nine stories, 32 apartment units, with 20,914 square feet of residential space and 4,073 square feet of commercial space, for 24,987 square feet total.2
