The Long Island City YMCA’s Wine Tasting & Auction is an annual event that honors Long Island City heroes, while raising awareness of and support for the Y Annual Campaign, which supports our financial assistance program. At the Y, no one is turned away because of an inability to pay.

This year, the Y will honor Paula Kirby (left), managing director at Plaxall, and Liz Lusskin (below, left), president of the Long Island City Partnership.

This festive evening — a favorite for members and friends of the Y — includes wine tasting, food from local restaurants, dancing, karaoke, and more. Everything is included in the price of admission.

VIP tickets are also available at two levels:

PLATINUM, which includes a premium table with seating and event admission for six people, 2 exclusive bottles of wine, a cheese platter, and unlimited wine and spirits; or

GOLD, which includes a premium table with seating and event admission for four people, one exclusive bottle of wine, a cheese platter, and unlimited wine and spirits.
