In May, construction crews at Rockrose’s 43-22 Queens Street Eagle Loft were wrapping up excavation.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that foundation work is well underway, with rebar sprouting from the ground, as seen in the photo below. On-site signage calls for a Fall, 2017 delivery, which is approximately around the same time that Rockrose’s other project on Hunter Street will deliver.
Permits were approved on the project on April 1, with permits calling for 587,860 square feet of residential space, 34,477 square feet of commercial space, and a 54 story tower with 783 units.2
