The last time we stopped by 11-30 45th Road in April, construction had just started rising over the fence.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that the building has topped out, as seen in the photo below. On site signage calls for a summer 2017 delivery.
Permits approved for the site on July 13 call for a six floor building with 24 units and 22,326 square feet of residential space (FAR – 2.98).2
