Back in April, we observed that crews working on 13-33 Jackson Avenue a/k/a 11-51 47th Avenue had started installing the foundation.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that foundation work has finished, and that the building has just started peaking over the construction fence. Permits call for 52,728 square feet of residential space and 1,280 square feet of commercial space.2 On site signage calls for an October 1, 2017 delivery on the mixed-use building.3
