In March, we stopped by 42-50 27th Street excavation work had started on site.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that foundation work has completed, and the building has started to rise above the fence, as see in the photo below. Permits were approved for a nine-story residential building with a FAR of 4.97 will be built with 32 residential units.2
