The last time we stopped by 44-16 23rd Street construction had just started to convert the former factory into a retail space.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction was finished, with a fresh coating of sleek black paint covering the building. Signage has also appeared, advertising space up to 23,000 square feet, as seen in the photo below.
