MiLL RE is coming to the heart of Court Square.
The real estate company is opening its second location at at 21-52 44th Drive, said to Principal Broker Jermain Miller to The Court Square Blog. The spot was previously occupied by Beaudoin Realty.
Its corporate offices are located at 35-11 36th Street, which opened in June, 2015. Miller has been working as a broker in Long Island City since 2008.
“Court Square is the new frontier of Long Island City, and MiLL RE has been here since the beginning of the boom,” Miller said in an email to The Court Square Blog. “This new location shows our long-term commitment to helping in developing the area and providing services to our rapidly expanding client base. Having worked in Long Island City since 2008, I have a unique understanding of the area, and I have brought that to MiLL RE.”
