Signage has appeared for Chelsea Pediatric Dentistry at 45-45 21st Street a/k/a 21-03 46th Avenue.1 We last stopped by in January when signage had appeared advertising the retail space, which contains approximately 1,000 square feet of retail space plus 425 square feet of garage/storage space.2
Construction finished on the building in 2014.3
