We last stopped by 41-22 24th Street in March, when the building was nearing topping out.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that the building has indeed topped out, and construction crews are working on the outside facade.
Permits were approved for a 12-story, 87-unit residential build back in February 2015, which was first spotted by New York YIMBY.2 When all is said and done, there will be 87 units for 66,256 square feet and a FAR of 4.98.3
