We last stopped by 41-29 24th Street in Marh, when pipe scaffolding had just come up.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction has topped out, with crews having built up to the 11th floor, as seen in the photo below.
According to permits filed with the Department of Buildings, the end product will be 11 floors, 126 units with 94,845 square feet of residential space with a FAR of 6.37.2
