Abatement has started at 21-19 46th Avenue pursuant to a demolition permit filed with the Department of Buildings on June 8, 2016.1 The one-story building is not long for this world, though there isn’t anything else in the DOB bin — for now. The permit was filed by Kora Developers, who have mostly done residential developments in Brooklyn.
