Last week, we wrote that demolition had just started at 43-30 24th Street.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that the two-story building was completely demolished, as seen in the photo below. The Real Deal was the first to spot construction permits back in May, and here is more information about the project:2
The 838,000-square-foot building at 43-30 24th Street will include 921 rental apartments, 17,000 square feet of retail space, a library and an indoor swimming pool.
