We last checked in on 24-12 42nd Road in April, when construction had just started coming over the construction fence.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that the project had topped out, as seen in the photo below.
According to New York YIMBY (who was the first to obtain renderings of the project), the building is being developed by the Ampiera Group, and the architect of record is My-Architecture.2 The developers filed an application for an eight story build that contains 29,403 of residential space and 4,328 of commercial space.3 The building is zoned for a FAR of 5.0.
