We last stopped in at 42-60 Crescent Street in February, when construction crews had started installing outside facade on the southern part of the building.1 When we stopped by last week, we observed that installation is nearly complete, with only one floor remaining.
According to the DOB permit, when all is said and done, there will be 44,006 square feet of residential space with 2,309 square feet of ground floor commercial space.2 More information can be found on TheFactoryHouse.com.
