Earlier in August, we noted that facade work at 42-60 Crescent Street was about to wrap up.1 Construction crews have since finished work, and have taken down all pipe scaffolding on site to reveal the southern façade of the building, as seen in the photo below.
According to the DOB permit, there will be 44,006 square feet of residential space with 2,309 square feet of ground floor commercial space.2 More information can be found on TheFactoryHouse.com.
