In June, we stopped by 42-50 27th Street and saw that construction had just started to rise above the sidewalk shed.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that the building has risen quickly since then, reaching the top floor, as seen in the photo below. Permits were approved for a nine-story residential building with a FAR of 4.97 will be built with 32 residential units.2
