Last week, sales kicked off at The Harrison at 27-21 44th Drive for “one-, two-, and three-bedroom units that will range in price from $470,000 to $2,500,000.”1 When we walked by last week, we saw that signage has appeared for the building, directing interested parties to visit TheHarrisonLIC.com. The slogan for the project, which is being handled by Modern Spaces, is “Classic. Thoughtful. Timeless.” A spring 2017 delivery is expected.

The Harrison features stainless steel appliances, Technistone countertops and Shaker-style cabinetry. South facing residences on floors four through 14 offer sweeping vistas of the Manhattan skyline, while units on floors 16 through 25 feature balconies. Additionally, certain units on floors 15 and 26 boast large terraces and two rear-facing, second-floor units provide access to large private backyards.
