In August, we stopped by 27-26 Jackson Avenue, future home of Japanese eatery “Sapps,” and noted that construction had started on the site.1 When we walked by the site earlier in the week, we saw that construction crews put up a sidewalk shed pursuant to a permit that was approved on October 14.2
The restaurant has an anticipated opening of early 2017.3
