The last time we stopped by 23-01 41st Avenue was in September, when rebar just started sprouting from the foundation.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction on the six-story project is nearly at the top floor, as seen in the photo below. The building will sit right on the corner of 23rd Street. On-site signage calls for a September 2017 delivery.

When it’s finished, the development will hold 25,302 square feet of residential space and 6,233 square feet of commercial space. That commercial space will be photo studios, according to the plans, and 37 condos will be stacked on top. The typical unit will measure just 680 square feet, which means the project will be mostly studios and one-bedrooms.
