The last time we checked in at 41-32 27th Street, future home of a 15-story hotel, was back in June, when rebar had just starting sprouting.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that a sidewalk shed had been installed and construction was peeking over the fence, as seen in the photo below. On-site signage says the anticipated delivery time period is Spring of 2017. New York YIMBY was the first to spot permits for the build back in October, 2014:2
An LLC has filed applications to precede construction of a 15-story and 46-room hotel of 34,409 square feet at 41-32 27th Street, in Long Island City; an existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in September, and Arc Architecture + Design Studio is designing.
