We last checked in on 27-07 43rd Avenue, the future home of a Hyatt Hotel, back in June, when the building had topped out, and pipe scaffolding had been installed on site.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that façade work has been moving along, and it appears window installation is imminent, as seen in the photo below.
When all is said and done, the building will turn into a 9-story Hyatt Hotel with 108 hotel rooms and nearly 50,000 square feet commercial space.2 According to the rendering, construction will wrap sometime in spring, 2016, though that’s likely to be the end of summer or fall now.
