Back in October, we stopped by The Harrison at 27-21 44th Drive and noted that signage had appeared on site.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that outside façade work has been moving along steadily, with that part of the project about 75 percent complete, as seen in the photo below.

The Harrison features stainless steel appliances, Technistone countertops and Shaker-style cabinetry. South facing residences on floors four through 14 offer sweeping vistas of the Manhattan skyline, while units on floors 16 through 25 feature balconies. Additionally, certain units on floors 15 and 26 boast large terraces and two rear-facing, second-floor units provide access to large private backyards.
