We were walking by 24-09 41st Avenue earlier in the week when we saw a sidewalk shed installed in the lower retail space. There’s a clue in one of the construction permits filed with the DOB, which comes from “SUITS AND SKIRTS CLEANERS.”1 That company has several locations, including another one in Long Island City located at 47-38 34th Street.2
