It looks like construction on the space is moving along quickly, with the service counter already installed. Signage appeared for the space in October, announcing a delivery time of sometime this winter.1

I heard from the folks at Toby’s Estate in Urbanspace (Midtown) that they are aiming for a mid-January opening but that it could be early February.
