In May, Sage General Store, located at 24-20 Jackson Avenue, shuttered its doors.1 It appears we may be getting a replacement for that restaurant in the near future, with a new permit filed with the Department of Buildings back in late December. The permit calls for “INTERIOR RENOVATION OF EXISTING EATING AND DRINKING ESTABLISHMENT INCLUDING NEW STOREFRONT, PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL WORK. NO CHANGE TO USE, EGRESS OR OCCUPANCY.”2
