Partial Reveal: 27-07 43rd Avenue, future home of Hyatt

We last checked in on 27-07 43rd Avenue, the future home of a Hyatt Hotel, back in November, when construction crews were well along the way installing outside facade.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction crews have taken down scaffolding on the east side of the project for a partial reveal of the facade, as seen in the photo below.

When all is said and done, the building will turn into a 9-story Hyatt Hotel with 108 hotel rooms and nearly 50,000 square feet commercial space.2 According to the rendering, construction as supposed to end sometime in 2016, but it’s looking more like mid-2017 at this rate.
