We last checked in on Rockrose’s 43-22 Queens Street Eagle Loft project in August when construction had just cleared the fence.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction is now up to the 25th floor, as seen in the photo below. On-site signage calls for a Fall, 2017 delivery.
Permits were approved on the project on April 1, with permits calling for 587,860 square feet of residential space, 34,477 square feet of commercial space, and a 54 story tower with 783 units.2
