Earlier in the month, we took a look inside 26-25 Jackson Avenue, future home of Toby’s Estate Coffee.1 In another sign that the coffee shop is opening soon, a winter vestibule has been installed in front of the building, as seen in the photo below. Signage says that there will be a “winter” delivery.
