Just two weeks ago, we checked in on 27-07 43rd Avenue, the future home of a Hyatt Hotel, when construction crews were starting to reveal the outside facade of the building.1 When we stopped by earlier this week, we saw that construction crews have completely taken down scaffolding in a full reveal, as seen in the photo below.
When all is said and done, the building will turn into a 9-story Hyatt Hotel with 108 hotel rooms and nearly 50,000 square feet commercial space.2 According to the rendering, construction as supposed to end sometime in 2016, but it’s looking more like mid-2017 at this rate.
