The last time we checked in on The Dutch at 25-19 43rd Avenue was in November, when construction had started on the outside facade.1 When we stopped by last week, we saw that construction crews have peeled away scaffolding on the east side of the building, revealing the outside facade, as seen in the photo below.
The build permit calls for 68,145 square feet of residential space, with will span nine floors and 86 units.2 The zoning is for a FAR of 5.00.
