It’s been quite some time since we’ve mentioned anything about 42-37 27th Street, also known as Ivy 28. The last time we wrote about it was back in 2014, when the new mixed-use construction had just come to market.1
It appears that construction will begin again soon on site because the Department of Buildings approved a construction permit on Wednesday for “INTERIOR WORK AT THE EXISTING 1ST FLOOR RETAIL STORE (DELI GROCERY).”2 The permit had originally been filed back in January.
